All Rhapsody In Bows items that state .. "READY TO SHIP" within the product description, will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Rhapsody In Bows is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen nor damaged products due to the shipping carrier once the item leaves the post office for shipment. We do NOT ship to a P.O. Box.
Rhapsody In Bows Is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.
Our goal is to provide the finest possible product for the pleasure and fulfillment of our customers. We take extreme pride in the conceptualization and construction of our creations. All components of orders received are triple checked to ensure perfection PRIOR to shipping. We are unable to exchange or refund any items UNLESS we judge items to be defective and the problem is not able to be rectified. In the event that a customer wishes to make a return, the merchandise must be returned to Rhapsody In Bows with its original packaging materials and original shipping box along with any pertinent materials within (7) days of the customer's original receipt of the shipment. Upon receiving returned shipment, we will review the claim.
