We take extreme pride in the conceptualization and construction of our creations. All components of orders received are checked, double and even triple checked to ensure perfection prior to shipping (i.e. Absence of broken or loose beads, rhinestones and crystals, soiling, staining, and other like problems) and will stand by our merchandice 100%!!!

🌺 OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE THE FINEST POSSIBLE PRODUCT FOR THE PLEASURE AND FULFILLMENT OF OUR CUSTOMERS!

We are unable to exchange or refund any items unless we judge items to be defective and the problem is not able to be rectified. In the event that a customer wishes to make a return, the merchandise must be returned to Rhapsody In Bows with its original packaging materials and original shipping box along with any other pertinent materials within (7) days of the customer's original receipt of the shipment. Once we receive the returned shipment, we will review the claim and deal with the specific problem(s). The customer will be promptly apprised of the resolution of said problem.

CREDITS:

In the event that a credit is considered necessary, we will issue a credit for the appropriate within (10) days of receipt of the returned shipment. In the rare event that a refund is necessary, due to shipping damages, the customer will be notified of said refund, in writing, and monetary restitution will be issued within the (30) days after receipt of returned shipment. Credit MUST be used by the customer within 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL DATE OF ISSUE.

Rhapsody In Bows is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen nor damaged products due to the shipping carrier once the item leaves the post office for shipment. We do NOT ship to a P.O. Box.

Rhapsody In Bows Is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.
